Barnyard mix
Our very first chickens came as a bit of an accident. Our neighbor moved, and these ladies (and one rooster) were left behind for us.
We have no idea what breed they are, but we suspect they’re a game chicken of some kind.
Buff Orpingtons
We added these 4 lovely ladies to the farm in April of 2025. We tend to bring them inside sometimes, and they love the attention.
They were the first chickens we got on purpose!
Dominiques
We currently have one Dominique mix chicken. We plan on adding more of this ancient breed in the future.
Brahmas
The largest chicken breed we own! We currently have Light and Black/white mottled Brahma. We breed for size for these lovely birds!
White-faced Black Spanish
We currently have a single Spanish hen named Phantom. We’ll hopefully be getting a batch of eggs to hatch soon!
Modern Game
We plan on adding large fowl modern game later this year!
Cochins
We have blue and black cochins at the moment. While we don’t plan on breeding these, we couldn’t resist!
Ameraucana
We just got a batch hatching eggs for Ameraucana, and have a Splash hen coming later this fall.
